All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Every customer has the right to return their item to our return address within 30 days.
Please note: Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if the seal of the packaging has been broken, in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Civil Code.
Underwear and swimwear are personal hygiene products that come into direct contact with the body. We understand that it is essential for our customers to know that their underwear is new, unused, and hygienic. Therefore, all our underwear is carefully packaged and sealed.
What should the customer do to receive a refund?
To return your item, you must first inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@lunasperiod.com. Afterward, we may ask you to return the item at your own expense to our return center:

Important: Do not return items without contacting us first. We will provide you with return instructions. Purchases sent back without prior agreement may be refused, as they cannot be processed correctly at our center.
Note: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to a pick-up point. If you fail to collect it, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the return costs. Once the package is returned to us, your order will be canceled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
Who covers the costs?
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
What happens if I receive a clearly defective item?
If you receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
When can the customer expect a refund?
A refund will be issued within 1 day of the return’s arrival at our facility, using the original payment method selected.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled prior to delivery.

I’ve placed multiple orders. Can I return them in one package?
If you’ve placed multiple orders that were delivered in separate packages, unfortunately, these cannot be returned in one parcel. Our warehouse processes a large number of orders daily, and to ensure proper handling of returns, they must be returned individually.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days after receiving notice of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
