"By using our website, you (the visitor) agree that third parties may process your IP address to determine your location for currency conversion purposes. This data is stored and used exclusively for responding to your request or establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter has been conclusively resolved and provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
5) Data Processing When Opening a Customer Account and for Contract Processing
In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data is further collected and processed if you provide it to us to execute a contract or open a customer account. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Deleting your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the address of the responsible party mentioned above. You can recognize the "Facebook Connect" social plug-ins on our website by the blue button featuring the Facebook logo and the words "Log in with Facebook," "Connect with Facebook," or similar.
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. Through this integration, Facebook receives information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not logged into Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. This data processing takes place in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on Facebook's legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising based on browsing behavior.
By using the "Facebook Connect" button on our website, you also have the option to log in or register on our website using your Facebook user data. Only if you explicitly consent to the exchange of data with Facebook prior to the registration process, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, will we receive general and publicly accessible information stored in your profile when you use the "Facebook Connect" button. This information includes your user ID, name, profile picture, age, and gender.
Please note that following changes to Facebook's data protection terms and conditions, your profile pictures, user IDs of your friends, and your friend list may also be transmitted to us if you have marked them as "public" in your privacy settings on Facebook. The data transmitted by Facebook will be stored and processed by us to create a user account with the necessary data if you have approved this on Facebook (title, first name, last name, address, country, email address, date of birth). Conversely, based on your consent, data (e.g., information about your browsing or purchasing behavior) may be transferred from us to your Facebook profile.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to the responsible party mentioned at the beginning of this declaration.
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the data protection standards applicable in the EU.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
If you do not want Facebook to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plug-ins with add-ons for your browser, such as "Adblock Plus" (https://adblockplus.org/).
